Simply bring your issues up to the staff And give them the opportunity to make it right at that point. They have responded to every negative with gratitude and suggestions on how to make it right. I myself have eaten here many times and happen to love the food. Does it taste like “NYC”... I guess it all depends on where you have eaten in New York City. They have THEIR own distinct cuisine. They have a great variety of choices. The staff is always top notch. ”
